So I read through the 1st few pages trying to find if this was mentioned already but is anyone else heavily disappointed by the graphics on PC? Or is it just me that thinks it looks like poo compared to what I was expecting from all the videos? I've got all settings on manual and cranked up to "Extra" where it can but everything still looks like a game from over 5 years ago? >.< Not to mention that if you preload the textures the load times are just horrible.

The game should not look like that with your settings, do you have the CoD AW game ready driver installed?
 
For those that havent got it yet go get the mobile app its really awesome and clan wars starts this weekend :D

A game ready driver is when Nvidia (mostly) releases a drive for a specific game just before launch to make the game work as intended.

In this case its 344.65, but the latest driver is 344.75 for Farcry 4

Im going to run a little experiment, Im going to try run the game with out the Game ready drives and do a bit of a FPS comparison with and without the game ready driver just for kicks.

Also make sure you dont let GeForce Experience "optimise" the game for you and set "let the 3D application decide" in Nvidias CP.

In uninstalled GeForce Experience, useless program that.

Ok so i got the game, and without the game ready driver it struggles, but with .75 its runs and looks much better.

I can assure you that my game doesnt look as bad as that.

Ive changed all most of the settings to high to maintain a 50+FPS.
 
I have to say I find it disappointing that no one plays any other than normal TD and S&D.
The game so desperately needs dedicated servers but I don't think we'll ever see them...They just lied to get the sales rolling in and have since kept quiet about it.

Disappointing? It outright pisses me off to no end, I want to play all these other modes but I'll wait 10 minutes before I find a Domination or CTF lobby. I don't like TDM and it's the only thing people play... Sigh. I'm also thinking about uninstalling until we get those fabled dedicated servers... because I can't deal with the lag to be honest.

Yeah I feel the same, I've actually uninstalled it now need to free up some space for "The Evil Within".
I'll play it again in a couple of weeks.
 
I watched a bit of the MLG Columbus tournament this weekend and really liked what I saw of AW and I was strongly considering buying it this week but reading about the lack of dedicated servers I now doubt it. I'll stay on Black Ops 2 for now.

Yeah, me too, I have a friend who plays it on console, been going on about it, would have been the first COD I bought since MW3 (yeah yeah, I know, they arent missing my $60) but this....nope.
