Not 100% sure, but as far as I know you can download the stock OS .md5 file again, but don't quote me on that. I just know I misread one page during my Google escapades and accidentally downloaded the stock ROM for my Galaxy S3.
This is the first time I have ever put a custom ROM on my phone, so I had to Google something fierce before I did it. I suggest you do the same Beo; or get someone with more experience doing this to comment
