I go in the afternoon, midday even during the holidays. Making it through that heat is a great feeling and then you finish it off with cold beers.

then you are not familiar with the humidity we have to sustain, it's almost unbearable having to do strenuous activity in the afternoon. It's bad enough already sweating 5km's down the road at 5am

It's the best time dewd... I used to go for a 30-45km cycle before work. A really great feeling and gets you going for the rest of the day.

Skinny people don't need exercise. I may just collapse into myself.

More serious though, I would like to gain more mass in terms of muscle, particularly in my arms and torso.

Jip Geluk Blazzok! The baby is cute :D

I should get dressed, going for coffee at a friends house and then to stellenbosch for some cookies. . . .

Hammer - whatsapp me the plans once its been organised please! (I am hoping we go on sunday to thirsty scarecrow! I want to go to the craft market. . . :P)

Again had lots of fun playing GTAO last night - until it crapped out (couldn't join games, in spite of being online) and I decided to stop.

Yes I'm skinny (or slim) and I used to cycle <200km's a week. Still battling to put on weight though. But excerise to keep fit, not in shape.

HEY Beo

did you have a look at the e-mail i sent you last night. what do you think?

Yes Wenz, that helped thanks. But there was no attachment in the mail you sent, not sure if there was meant to be. But currently in talks with friends and starting to shape my idea.

Don't worry, between , getting older, marriage, kids etc you will easily gain weight...sadly not of the muscular type :p

The marriage is no longer, but yes I am starting to notice it. But I think it's more related to all the bread consumption and lack of being able to exercise. Being a full time dad, there is NO time for me to fit in my exercise (ie cycling/running).

ja there was supposed to be an attachment.... strange i will resend it to you tonight though

Cool, thanks Wenz. No rush or anything, still got months to go. But yeah, just ideas right now.

I can relate, lose the starch, not good for you.

Considering taking the plunge and cutting bread out completely. Problem is, it's pretty much an integral part of my diet now. With budget constraints of above mentioned, it's practical to have toast for supper on occasion :p

Bread is the very foundation of humans to sustain our well-being.

Yeah it's actually very bad for you, haven't you ever noticed how sluggish and tired you feel after eating a saamie? Yup, that's the bread!

It's just a pity I like it so much :(
