Hi TK

I'm so tired today, slept like 2hours compliments of little one. Now I have to sit in a meeting for 4 hours, not sure if I'll be able to stay awake. Maybe I can get a nice secluded spot and have a dos.

this is probably not the best place to ask this but im gonna ask anyway:

what do you guys think can i put into "be my bridesmaid" goodie bag for my bridesmaids?

Maybe something small that's a bit more personal to the particular bridesmaid, like a charm or a key-ring or something that only she would appreciate.
 
i was thinking of kinda keeping to the comic book theme like our wedding invites and website, and then adding a bottle of bubbly with a custom sticker on with their name saying " open in case of bridezilla emergency" and by giving each bridesmaid a sort of superhero alias that also falls into my colour scheme for the wedding.

i know they wouldnt want the whole "bridesmaid/Maid of honor" shirts or bath robes as they have been done to death by each bride to be and her wedding party.

ja but im not sure if i must add more in there of its again to geeky. i showed a couple of ppl the drafts for our save the dates and they were like "your having a themed wedding?! and people have to dress up?!" *sigh* and i keep getting asked if im going to tell the guests they have to where a certain colour :wtf:

I went to a themed wedding at the end of 2013 and it was awesome. The couple had a Alice in Wonderland theme, and even though people didn't really dress up for the theme, it was really nice going to a wedding that didn't look and feel like every other wedding.

My sister on the other hand is getting married later this year, and so far it seems a bit too normal and cliche'd. But to each their own I guess.

nothing wrong with that... do what makes you happy!
If the guests can't comply, 1) they don't get invited or 2) they get turned away if they arrive with out proper attire.
