If it were so bad then people wouldn't have bought it, then we wouldn't have seen dying light. Dead island was better than anything we had in relation to zombie beat Em up wise.

I think its more you said it was a flop, that makes it sound like the game didn't do well, rather than you didn't like the game.

Just a small tip for anyone, make sure you do side missions, the main story is actually pretty damn short. Also the side missions help you lvl up pretty quickly and some of the rewards are really nice.

I'm still gelling into it, haven't played too much and I'm scared of playing this around my son (or where he can see), so I'll definitely cast a more time spell over it this weekend. But what I have played I am enjoying. Only around lvl4 across agility and power. It's game play is a lot slower than I anticipated actually, though refreshingly so.

Another tip, If you are about to do the quarantine zone that is by the train tracks by yourself. Freaking run through it, you cannot fight off 6 runners at a time.

Just got invaded for the first time. Seems like it could be fun invading other players' games. I managed to kill the Hunter a couple of times and destroy 4 nests, but in the end he got me. Would have gone much better if I wasn't alone. I did make one big mistake in throwing one of my best weapons at the hunter right before dying, it's gone forever now.
