Wait what ? When was this implemented ? I know the ruskies make use of the dashcams but I haven't seen it yet on the US side. Just imagine the law suits coming with that though!!!

Well with most insurance companies in America they make you install a dash cam as to have evidence if you get in an accident.
I mean if you check on Youtube there are millions of vids online of car accidents caught on a dash cam.
