That sounds like my kind of bike ride! I've been out maybe 4 times in the past year, and I got myself a new bike then too. I was all amped to ride but I have either been injured, or its been too freakin' hot out.

Maybe I can get myself to bed earlier so I can do 5am rides as well before the sun starts to beat down...

We had this one lady in our college class with serious physical health issues (not deathly ill or anything, just with temperatures). It was near freezing in our classroom. One of the staff walks in and we're all huddled up in jackets, clinging our arms around ourselves to conserve heat, begging for them to turn the heat up. This lady then says, "Turn the heat down!!" whilst fanning herself off with a makeshift paper fan. The entire class, in unison, blurted out "NO!!!!".

I still to this day can't imagine how a body could be the inverse to temperatures.

I always say make it too cold rather than too hot.

Someone can always put another layer of clothing on but not vice versa. I'm someone who always gets too hot. I love the freezing cold.

Yea same here, you can dress for the cold, but you cant rock up at work just wearing baggies or something.

Thankfully, being the IT guy, they cut me some slack, even though I should be wearing slacks ;)

I'm very weird though. In the summer, I have AC cranked to full (it can't keep up unfortunately). I used to have people come over with sweaters in the summer because I kept my old house so cold in summer.

In winter, I have the heat up pretty high. Don't know why, but I have to have my flat the complete opposite of what it is outside.
 
WTF! We now get notified when quoted. Didn't see a post about it (easy to miss info posts during comp time).
