So apparently this game is crazy good. It's even topping the Steam top sellers list right now. Anyone play it yet?

Yeah I played it most of the weekend and I'm really enjoying it. Even though it's still early access there is a lot to play and it doesn't feel limiting.
If you don't watch a Let's Play or 2,some of the game mechanics and so on might take a time to learn, but hopefully they provide more hints later on or make the tutorial more comprehensive. It is still early access though.

If you like roguelikes (FTL comes to mind) you will most probably like this. I suggest you get it [emoji1]
 
Would you suggest waiting for full release? I'm a little worried I might get burned out on the game before it even reaches the final version.

That happened to me with Xenonauts. :(

Well I suppose that is up to you. I'm not sure how the game is going to change from now till full release, but right now there is enough content to keep one busy.
I suppose you can burn yourself out before the full release,but it's definitely worth the money at the moment
 
The game looks like just my cup of tea, but I will wait until it's out of early access before buying it.

No worries.

Difficult to say, I was enjoying FTL and then all of a sudden I got bored with it and stopped.
So I'm not sure if the same will happen to me with this game or not.

It seems like it would have some replayability, but because you can just get more "heroes" as your old ones die, you get the opportunity to play with all the classes, so I'm not sure. I've played 6 hours so far, and my guys are only level2 (out of a max of level6), so to get to level6 is still going to take some time as the xp needed for each level increases quite steeply.
 
Afflictions and stress get removed from the Abbey and Tavern, and quirks/traits from the Sanitarium ?
