Had to vote based on my current setup. Some things I don't have a favorite, I'll go with whatever is best performance/cost wise at time of purchase, such as graphics card.

MyBroadband is currently running a lifestyle survey. We did run a very similar survey towards the end of 2014 for the MyGaming Community Awards, but this is a bit different.

I think there should have also been a reason column for some of the answers

Like for fav online store. Landmark PC because of bitcoin payments

Also didn't necessarily vote for what I had, just what I preferred.

Also only voted Incredible Connection as my shop purely because I can spend my uCount rewards there.

I agree, though I guess the "favourite" is key. Sadly I think we all tend to do a bit of research from most if not all of the listings before making a choice.
 
I think I misread the title a little bit, thought it was going to be a "what hardware do you have/use" thread, something like the Steam Hardware Survey.

Oh well, done and dusted :)
