Well i live where there is some more space than a complex but only have a few dishes and glasses. Braai is a desent size.

You might also be overthinking things. Do a pros and cons list. Make a list of your issues and concerns, look at possible workarounds/fixes for those issues and concerns. Make lists, weigh stuff up. Whatever works for you ultimately.

i was thinking of having it at a place where someone else can do the dishes and where we can perhaps catch the rugby for those who want to watch, the alcohol is not too expensive and again we dont have to do any cleaning up....
