Why does it say it is coming out the 27 at Takealot and the 25 at btgames?

The release date is the 25th. Check the PS Store.

I figured it was a regional release delay cos it's release is the 24'th in US iirc and thought we would be on the 25'th thus giving 2 days delay for delivery time.
Also couldn't find anything official via Google search so I was unsure, thanks [MENTION=532]Hiro[/MENTION].
