Pastel v6 help needed

Murfle - I will get Nimatek to do that :P Otherwise I might just get the boss to finally upgrade to pastel express. But yes I hate phoning pastel support they are nasty nasty people.

I agree with you on their phone support. I always make the finance lady call, and hand the phone over once we've gotten the right person on the line.

It's not easy dealing with Pastel. I had to work with them before. I hope you come right!

just ask him to upgrade to quickbooks instead, much better and easier than pastel imo
 
Funny, at my previous company they have Pastel, and although I always hated having to upgrade and what not, the support line was mostly very helpful and almost always knew what they were doing. imho, one of the best helplines I have had to deal with....well as long as you have a support contract with them.

But the program can be very, very finicky at times, sister in law using it to. Adding companies or adding companies to users login.... *shudders*

Still, nothing beats troubelshooting an old SAP (Client GUI + addons) version on Win 7 or 8 *shudders violently...breaks down into tears*

Sorry, not helping with this post other than just biting the bullet and phoning support.
