What movie did you last watch thread.

watched Vice with bruce willis in it during the blackout on wednesday, i dont know what to think of it, it obviously didnt have a big budget (and thats obvious when u watch it) and it wasnt that bad but i also wouldnt call it a good movie at all

Watched Interstellar. Enjoyed it. Not brilliant though. Family complained that it is too long, but this didn't bother me at all.

8/10

Agreed, I thoroughly enjoyed it as well and my 6 year old son watched the whole movie and loved it.

We went to see Insurgent yesterday. It wasn't all that bad, but the movie is riddled with Hunger Games atmosphere. Had Divergent released before Hunger Games, it probably would've been the other way around.

Still, it's a nice post apocalyptic sci-fi adventure with a couple of twists near the end. There were a couple of great looking CGI moments in the movie!

7/10

Over the weekend I watched Delivery Man, and I was pleasantly surprised by it. It was a cute movie, something that was exactly what I needed. 7/10

Also went to see Insurgent, and I thought it was really good! I seriously enjoyed Divergent, and Insurgent carried on were it left off for me! The twist at the end was fantastic!

Furious 7

i give it a 8/10

furious 7 is a good movie but its definately not as good as fast five or tokyo drift which i feel are the two pinnacle movies in the series, the plot is a bit all over but the director did a good job, finishing the movie as it is considering one of its stars only filmed half of his scenes before he died, speaking of that the CGI is extremely impressive bar a few scenes and the body doubles did a good job impersonating paul walker's behaviour and traits.

PS! the movie has made over $500 million dollars in less than two weeks globally, seems like its going to be a billion dollar movie by the end of the month

So, last night I went to watch Avengers: Age of Ultron. I will say nothing about the movie, as there are waaaayyyy too many things that is spoilers. What I will say is this, I was very skeptical that Joss Whedon could outdo himself after the first Avengers, but today I can say that he did. He did that in spades!! It is a movie that you just HAVE to go and see.

Oh, and one thing I will say....
Spoiler: show
Why are you looking for spoilers to Avengers!!! Go and watch the damn movie!!!

Saw Age of Ultron last night.

Positives: Action is really good; classic Marvel humor still works.

Negatives: Confusing story (the villain's motivation is never properly explained, and doesn't make sense either way; new characters shoe-horned in for no reason; pointless, contrived and forced love story; feels longer than it should have been.

6/10.

I think the motivation for the character was well explained. I don't want to get into this here, as many people haven't seen it. If you want, I can tell you my point of view in a PM?

I also think the new characters are there for something yet to come.

But how about that action scenes, heh?

Also, that's a cool username you have there.
