I have been putting off upgrading my bloodtinge for ages now, mainly due to the overuse of my Luwdwig's holy blade!

Haha that's nothing try 250k+. [emoji14] Friend of mine lost well over a million on Demon Souls. Once you get to new game + and you don't want to level further you tend to run around with huge amounts.

I can't seem to beckon anyone to help me with Micolash. I beat him on my own with my first char but I don't have the stamina to use the same strategy with this one. I can easily kelp others here but when I try to beckon nothing happens.

EDIT: Just as I finished typing I managed to beckon someone but he died during the first part of the boss fight. I did manage to beat the bastard though. Now I need to get the bloodrock to get my Chikage to +10

That's currently where I am at the moment, on playthrough 1. Been stuck there now for two weeks.

Micolash is not that hard with 2 players. The trick is to dodge his "snake arm" attack and then wail on him until you're almost out of stamina and then back away and repeat. When he runs away again you just have to make sure you interrupt him (and dodge) when he does the "magic ball" attack. I'm currently lvl 78 and haven't done anything after beating him yet.

... when he attacks, dodge forward underneath him. go for the legs, this will cause him to drop down which removes his bolt effect. at this point he'll try get away from you to restore it. keep on him and don't let up during this time.

ok cool, gonna farm a bit (again) then to try and boost my endurance more
 
Just finished it again with my second char at lvl 102. Was going to do chalices before going to NG+, but then I thought it would be easier to farm echoes in NG+. Want to get to lvl 125 or so to get my stats where I want them and then going to try and get more weapons upgraded. Still couldn't beat Ebriates though, hardest boss by far for me.

If you want to make echoes quickly you can do depth 5 challice dungeons you can make a 100 000 in one room.Ebriates can be tricky if you get to the part where he rips his arms off just stay really close and doge then hit.

I'm making quite a lot of echoes in NG+ as well. Already at lvl 115 now and I just killed the Bloodstarved Beast again. Think I'll go through the Chalices when I get to lvl 125 (I've done a few already, but only up to depth 3).
