So I grabbed Shazam off the play store last night to put my mind at ease about a song I heard on a tv show and some popup appears telling me my phone was accessed from Kiev and infected with something and I should initialise a security update ....... thanks Play Store, fuckers

Morning everyone.

I almost killed one of the guys in my complex this morning. He thinks he is Kanye West. We live in a security complex so there are guards and gates and whatnot. With a gate for residents and a gate for visitors. So I come back from gym and it's about 6am and my remote doesn't work. The security guard tells me that they are busy resetting the gate system that I must just wait a bit. So I say sure that's fine.

Meanwhile mr jackass comes from the other side and parks right in front of the gate. So that even if the gate opens I won't be able to go through. Guard goes and talks to him. Gate finally opens and he freaken goes forward! Until his bumper is right in front of mine. Now I was here first and I've been waiting a little bit. So I get out of the car, walk to him and tell him that I have right of way because I was there long before he was. Besides he can reverse. I can't because there is a car behind me.

And you know what he does! He argues with me! So I tell him that he is a fucking jerk and he better move his car right now. So then he proceeds to tell me that I'm also a jerk. For a second there I had to tell myself not to pull him out of the window and beat him senseless. Guards tell him to move.

So he moves his car back a little bit. Not enough for me or the car behind me to go through. What the hell is wrong with this guy!

So I get out again and then he reverses. Adrenaline was pumping through my veins. I just worked out so the testosterone was probably high too. But I got in my car and drove to my house.

Well, that's me venting my frustrations. Having coffee now.

Hi all

Busy start to my day. Didn't really catch up on sleep during the weekend since my wife was working so I was alone at home with our 4month old, plus he is sick so joyous weekend was not had.

I want some vacation :cry:
Just like, 3 months, should be enough

i can only get leave between september and november, least busy period :(
 
CPU-Z reveals that this laptop is using 2 sticks of 1GB DDR2 - 333MHz RAM coupled with a 10-year-old dual core CPU - no wonder it's so slow. :wtf:

there's probably just alot of crap on that laptop, My dell XPS lappy is a C2D from 2010 and still runs faster than alot of pc's even my work pc, which has double the amount of ram, hell i even have a still working northwood pentium 4 in storage at home that runs super fast in day to day applications, havent booted it on over a year though. its all about optimization

Only have work-necessary apps on this laptop, no funny business -- this is a work laptop after all. Can't install all sorts of random crap.

run msconfig and from the services and startup tabs disable all unnecessary services and apps, sometimes windows starts things thats not needed at all

Changed a few things but I don't believe it will make any significant difference. :)

I'm sure this laptop ran better when I was still running Windows 8.
