Here it's always 4 hours, just more often for stage 2 and 3. Sometimes it's back-to-back at stage 3 with a half hour overlap in between. For example, if it's stage 3 on Sunday, it'll be out from 02:00 - 10:30

Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 5 in the mornings. :)

Hmmm, I'll probably miss you then, I'm aiming also for Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings, but after I drop the laaitie at school, so closer to 8.

5am is not a time for being awake in my books.

I agree completely. Unfortunately I can't go at any other time because the traffic is too bad. :(

Ya, that's why I only leave for work after 8. If I leave earlier, it just takes me that much longer in traffic and I get to work the same time. Unless I leave around 5:30 - 5:40, then I get to work at 6:15. If people ask want a meeting at 8, there's no chance unless I come in super early.
