Gotta be honest upfront and say metal ain't my thing and I couldn't tell you whether it is actually any good or not, but to my untrained ear it does sound well professional, very polished, and a very strong track.
Dig the lyrics - thanks for adding them, else I would probably have struggled :) "Salvation is wearing thin in a life filled with conformity." Brilliant line!
Oh, and give Betraydan a raise immediately! Artwork is phenomenal!

Morning everyone

I am officially 2.1kg's lighter than last time I got onto a scale, about a week and a half ago. Still have a long way to go, but I'm so glad that all the hard work is paying off

Wow, grats! That's almost twice as much as the 'recommended' weight loss out there... I hope you're not losing muscle mass at the same time. I've held pretty consistent on my weight the past two weeks, but my body fat has dropped 1%, so I guess I'm building muscle at the same time (I'm in that uber-out-of-shape window where I can do both).

Are you counting calories by any chance?

Nope, no counting calories or stuff like that. I'm way too lazy for that. All I've done is try and eat healthy and stay away from carbs and sugar. Haven't had any sugar heavy stuff in over a week. Also hitting the gym quite hard, and the odd supplement or two just to round off the efforts. I've got lots and lots of body fat to burn through so I'm sure I'm not losing muscle mass yet. And thank!!!!

Good to hear. As long as you're losing where you want to lose, it sounds like you've got a good calorie deficit. If you find yourself starting to plateau before you hit your goal, I'd recommend the calorie counter program by myfitnesspal.com (both web based and phone app). I've been using it to balance out my carbs/proteins/fats and watch my intakes. I weigh everything I eat.

You're definitely making better progress than me, though. I can't recall asking, but what kind of routine you have going at the gym?

I'll check it out, though I'm not a huge fan of the whole counting calorie movement. I'm sure it has proven to be very effective, but my approach is a more sustainable life style change rather than a full blown diet. I have some bad medical family history to contend with, so for me it's more a way to ensure I stay healthy and living with better health.

As for the training routine, it's a cross training program that varies from day to day between weights or circuit training and pure cardio. Got to focus on getting fit first, getting all the muscles used to working in the gym, then I can start a more complex training routine.

Haha Jis i hope so hey. I'm gonna stick too it as best I can.

I was on a meal plan (need to hop back on) and home workout (see Batman workout on Google images) and I was dropping 2kg a month and gaining muscle and tone.

It'll only do you good and you'll feel more confident and a whole lot better in general.

Yeah, busy. Drawings to do (That shit should be issued for design already, meanwhile we are up to revision 'M', which looks nearly identical to revision 'B' :p ), help setup new laptops for people, try to figure out why WSUS has disappeared from SBS 2008.
