R3500 a month. 6000l of water included free, after that they bill u, Pre-paid Electricity, New stove being put in when you move in.

Bathroom is tiny though. One fart and the entire place is a no-go zone.

I know, thats why i took it. I can see table mountain from my lounge window and there is a wine farm up the road. Quiet area not many cars. I love it and more importantly Red loves it.

We have our water free (not sure if there's a limit) and we pay R3,950pm... Our electricity is through some PEC Metering company, so we get a monthly bill for that too.. Would've preferred prepaid though...
