Cool shot, we're looking for a mid level web developer, ASP.Net with C# or VB preferably, but HTML5, CSS3, Javascript/JQuery etc mostly. Bootstrap, AngularJS, PHP, Wordpress etc is a plus.

That would probably need negotiation with my boss, I think what he's willing to pay depends on the applicant. I'll be honest though, we're a small company so our salaries are fair but not extravagant. If you're looking, send a CV and I'll pass it on

Nah I'm not really looking at this stage. If however you guys are ever in need of a senior dev then let me know.
 
flip our cleaning lady drives me insane with her singing when she is in the kitchen... my desk is right next to the kitchen... so very annoying and asking her to not do it means you are making an enemy.... fml

Cool man, although I think if we come across a good senior dev, we'd probably take them tbh, we just need to expand our dev capacity so we're checking out at the very least mid level because we've been burned by hiring juniors before.

Hehe my biggest problem at the moment is that I'll probably only move for a big increase in salary. I'm happy where I am for now so to take the risk of going somewhere else will need a lot of justification.

uhm id like to continue to receive coffee in a clean cup and perhaps some company toast every now and again.... im stuck in a catch 22
