My cats are spayed and neutered, and they've been fine for years and years. Unfortunately I don't know where the other cat comes from, just that we've been woken up at 4am a few times with cats shouting at each other. I go outside and the other cat runs away. Probably someone new that's moved to the neighborhood.

Just spray the edges of your property with the lemongrass - it will keep it all civil
 
Had a mini hart attack last night when my xbox gave me a rrod (second time now). Came right eventually, but I don't know how long it has left....
