Definately the plug, I have swopped it to different plugs on the extension cord. And it still does the same thing

If you knew to do that, then I have to assume the chord is directly attached to the switch and you can't just put in a new chord... Sounds like its just the end bit though, which are easy enough to splice. If its the connection to the PCB on the other hand... :|

How is it that your body 'knows' when it's a mission type day ........ gym day or shopping and bam, the head is headaching or something else is complaining, without fail, lol

Weird, I usually get that on my recovery days... Its like my body says "Heh, you think you can just relax for a change? lolz"

Thankfully not today though, I slept in, but otherwise I'm having a nice recovery day so far. Yesterday I pushed myself a lot harder in my gym than usual.

The sad part is that its a brand new switch and plug. But I used a lot of cellotape now so that it doesnt move

I used to get that but it seems the more I've gotten into it, the more it's reversed. I can feel like I am now but I'll go to the gym in a bit, spend an hour going at it and then have no after effect like I used to.

Must be your internal clock. Although I'm not quite sure what you mean by your last sentence... You mean the headache goes away after you work out?

I have a weird problem. I've been dehydrated before, but lately I've been drinking at least 2L of water a day. Seems the more I drink, the more dehydrated I feel...
