I can't say I have. Funnily enough, this isn't the first time I've had a conversation about squatting being more healthy. A colleague was telling me about some people trying to reinvent the toilet to replicate squatting. Not sure how it's healthier.

Apparently when you sit your colon kinks, but when you squat it doesn't so you don't have to push as hard.

Also you won't get hemorrhoids when you squat.
