I just use PayPal to pay. I don't recharge my wallet or anything. Mind you, I loaded $5 on my wallet to purchase 3 cards I needed to craft my badge - so it didn't lock me out of the market.

so i sold a whole lot of cards and managed to buy Hand of Fate :) didnt play it yet, but looks pretty cool. total Biscuit and Jim Sterling both liked it a lot.
 
Played and finished Metro: Last Light. It's worth more than I paid, for sure. As such, I intend to buy Metro 2033 Redux when I can. Warrants a replay after this.
 
I think its been a good thing that I'm moving at the moment and don't have internet access at home yet, only bought Hotline Miami 2 during this sale.

My CC also escaped pretty much unscathed as the only thing I bought was Victor Vran for $12 (apart from the $18 I paid for Shadow of Mordor GOTY on G2A).
 
I succumbed to the pressure of the encore sale. Grabbed This war of mine for my brother and got the Shadow of Mordor GOTY upgrade for myself, plus Miasmata and Life is Strange.

Also, I have no idea how people managed to reach level 100m in the monster game:/

I know the redit guys were using scripts, so they were blasting through the levels. Couple that with a few skip stage abilities, and use them on 100th levels and you can skip ten stages a shot stacked.
 
Got what I wanted, plus some for my son too. (Lego which he enjoys and The Talos Principle which we tend to play together.)

I just bought Binding of Isaac Rebirth and some PayDay2 DLCs.
Wanted to get FF XIII but decided not to for some reason.
 
I have been out of the gaming scene for a few years, and only really got back into it at the beginning of this year when I bought a decent rig. Which is why I went big with the Summer Sale. I got:

Only picked up 3 shmups for cheap. I was gonna get some Rocksmith DLC, but I assumed it would be on for 48 hours like all the other daily deals, but only the game itself was on for the extra 24... So I missed out on those.

There will be another sale though.
