Thanks for the offer of help but my whatsapp group actually managed to explain it to me - for our studies the share capital is ALWAYS the parents share on the consolidated balance sheet.

Eish can this damn day get any longer and then i get informed i'm working the whole weekend and monday then i start night shift Tuesday night so no off day for 2 weeks cos i'm on 5 nights nightshift too
