The strange thing is that the account is active. I can log on, see my linked email and everything. So the account is not gone. It is still there and active. Just don't have any permissions

Oh, sorry. Then I have no idea. That sounds like a "deactivated" profile, as in not deleted but also unable to post. I'm sure the admins can do something.

Wahahaa! i saw the news article about the recent police brutality. And i hate commenting on news24 and sites like that.
I have a firearm that I carry with me, and wanted to know some issues around protecting yourself against police officers

Ah, see, you just have to ask!

From my experience, so long as it's a semi-automatic pistol like a Glock 17, you can easily out-gun the police, or even more experienced opponents. (Source: Duke Nukem 3d, Swat 4, Half-Life) If you're face a cop that's particularly unathelic, like I know some of our local police have been shown to be in viral emails, you'd want to make a hasty escape, preferably by stolen sports car or grappling hook. (Source: All the GTA, Just Cause). As a last resort, you could just try and be diplomatic, and talk your way out of and de-escalate a confrontation, but you might just end up with a shitty ending to that story. (Source: Mass Effect).
