TV Series discussion [NO SPOILERS]

That show is fantastic! I just started watching Season 1 on Monday, it's going to be a long wait for the Season 2 Bluray that comes out next month. :p

Does anyone here watch Doctor Who? I've been trying to get into it, but there's so much content that it makes me head hurt a little bit. I tried Season 1, but the acting and production quality was quite bad, so I jumped to Season 8, with Peter Capaldi as the Doctor (that guy is great, The Thick of It was fantastic, a pity that almost nobody watched it)

Anyway I watched the first episode of Season 8 and it was pretty good, but I didn't really understand everything that was going on. Some other people I know have recommended that I start with Season 5, so I was wondering if anyone here has an opinion?
 
Anyone else watch the First episode of Fear The Walking Dead? Was a very cool episode in my opinion! If you enjoy the walking dead this gives a great bit of insight into the beginning of the "epidemic" that the original show, and the comics for that matter... Really interesting to see a bit of the "news" and how they didn't really take it seriously etc...

Also watched the pilot of Lucifer, and that looks like its going to be all kinds of amazing! Also watched the final episode of Ballers with The Rock, actually surprisingly good series... very similar feel to Entourage...

Cool I was doubtfull about watching it. I'm going to watch first ep of fear the walking dead now :D

Lucifer was ok. I expected more Evil [emoji14]
 
Fear the walking dead ep 1 was slow slow that I was tempted to stop watching it a few times.. hope it lives up to the walking dead.
 
Ooh, Fear the walking dead looks cool. Also didn't know penny dreadful season 2 was done. w00t more series added to the cuddletime :D

Fear the walking dead, you need to remember it is going to be a lot slower than the walking dead - they did mention that a few times. I rather enjoyed it even tho the plot was a bit predictable.
 
Look Fear the walking dead was a bit slow, but It was also completely new and really refreshing! Im seriously keen to see where it goes! They had to build the show up, and introduce the characters etc... In the Original its only really Rick for the majority of the first episode...

I think its got a lot of potential and will give us a completely different view on the series...

PS: As a Walking Dead fan boy i may be slightly biased...

Haven't watched it yet, though the trailer looked good. Will wait for a few more episodes to go live before watching as I'll probably end watching them all in one go.

Seeing that I seriously enjoyed "Sons of Anarchy" and "Game of Thrones", so if you enjoy those, :-)

I started the first episode, and since then iv started it about 3 more times... Its super confusing :wtf:

Really must just get into it, but that first episode really requires some attention

It's like that for the few eps. Everything makes sense after awhile. :D

i have been putting off watching it as the description i received from ppl who have watched it just makes no sense to me and seems odd... will watch it once im done with Seasons 6 and 7 of Master chef Australia

Starts slow, and a bit confusing, but we enjoyed it and the last few episodes... well, you have to see it. Some weird scenes though so be prepared :wtf:

I keep hearing this... Apparently it ends up being amazing... Really must just push through the first episode and pay attention...
