Howzit,
My cuz has a GTX 560 and it recently started overheating on games that it use to run well and cool, all the time. Its goes up to 90 degrees and then slowly starts crawling to 100 degrees. The PC then shuts down as a safety measure. Put a blower next to the PC
and ran it when it was hot, dropped back down to 40 degrees.
So I think the fan might be failing to cool effectively. Can the fan be easily replaced? Where to look for a replacement fan?
He is a student. So, every cent counts.
TIA
