I told my mom last night my plans. She responds saying:

"People have told me: "Go and don't come back"" - is this the true mentality? How you really feel? I would expect such a response from a bitch of an ex-gf, not my mother. Had a similar scenario about 2 years ago, when I abandoned my studies and studied something else.

Maybe she's hurt at the idea of her son "leaving" again.
Who told her that saying? Whose G-damn mentality is "Go and don't come back"?

I responded saying: "You're an adult, you can think for yourself. Others' can advise, but that's it - advice, not "Follow my way or it's the highway for you.""

OK, I actually typed more than I said, but you get the idea.

That sucks man. :( People suck in general. I'm sure your mother didn't mean it and was just feeling hurt.
 
Morning people of the TK. . . Ok I need pain meds, I just don't know what to try next - Genpayne isnt helping much at all for the work the dentist did
