Im just hopeless with what they want for the journal entries. Fortunately have a friend that is doing the subject as well. We spent 5 hours yesterday on skype doing some of the assignment, tonight we hope to finish

At least I am fine now on retained earnings and revaluation surplus, weirdly I know how to calculate goodwill and I keep getting it wrong today. I suspect it is just an overload. I just stress for the exam, the cashflows will be my big point scorer - since its easy and counts 40% of the exam. And if we have to do a Analysis of owners equity I can mostly do it. So I know I will pass the exam. Just trying to find a tutor in this area so that I can do some work with someone and they show me what I am doing wrong.

I will ask don't worry. At least we are getting somewhere with it. And we are on the right track so that is all that matters.
 
With my GPU in, the screen cuts to black when trying to load into Windows.
Suggestions?

I assume it's the PCI-E slot.

start with last known good configuration (might be a driver issue) or safe mode or log the boot and see where it hangs in the driver loading process

The drivers for the card are uninstalled. I'm able to enter into safe mode, but when I try to load up Windows again, it cuts to black. Taking the card to work tomorrow. Will also reset the BIOS and try again.

Getting on a plane tomorrow as it's my sisters wedding this weekend. I'll be in the Middelburg/Pretoria area until next week Tuesday, then coming back to Cape Town. The plans then are simple; Wednesday is Forza 6 day, so there will be Forza played from early in the morning to very late at night. Thursday is braai day, so we start the braai at 8 in the morning, have a good breakfast braai then we are going to a braai on the beach. The weekend will be spent with a house full of girls coming to visit, so there will be plenty of wine and plenty of dancing.

Hammer, and somewhere in there is also plans to take the car in to get fixed :P Also fill me in on braai day plans?

Jou ander A helfte wil gaan braai op die strand die Donderdag, so ek dink dis wat ons moet doen, nadat ek en die sleg moer wat is jou broer ons breakfast braai gehad het. Sy ken apparently van 'n plek waar mens kan braai op die strand

Ok ek sal kyk hoe dinge uit draai - dit hang af van of salaris in is of nie.
