Ezio is cool and everything but Connor is much more ruthless. Out of all the assassins in the AC games, he is by far the most badass IMO.

Could not agree more. He is by far the most suited character to the assassin moniker than any other Creed character next to Altair.
Both Connor and Altair have this quiet rage about them, Connor especially.
A happy and witty Assassin doesn't seem suited to the trade like Ezio and Edward. I was actually super annoyed they kept Ezio around as long as they did.
That being said I still rate the Assassins games as some of my favourites.
 
What about Duke Nukem? He once ripped of an alien's head and took a dump down his throat while reading the paper. He kicked another's eye over the goal post.
