Vir spiere, ja dit moerse goed as mens dit so doen.

Wel ek is nie 'n Physio nie so ek mag verkeerd wees. Dis maar wat my physio gesê het toe ek gewigstoot gedoen het

Yeah it sucks. She got crutches but she's really bad at using them. Hopefully she'll improve. For now she's just staying in bed.

Sounds about like me right about now. Started developing a pain in my right foot on Thursday and it intensified to the point that I couldn't walk by Sunday. Foot was swollen twice the normal size and it was constantly throbbing with pain - barely got 3 hours sleep each night. Went to the doc yesterday, did blood tests and turns out my uric acid is very high... Gout! So now I'm an old man with a gout-inflamed foot drinking medication that sends me off to the toilet every 2 hours.

...at least I get to sit in my study working remotely. Nice change of pace from being at client's premises.

Ouch! I hear that gout is crazy sore. May it go away soon!

Been a Gout sufferer for a few years now. Definitely not something you want reoccurring at all.

Whew, what a day.

My wife slipped and hurt her knee last night. So much so that she can't walk. Was at the hospital the whole morning to get scans and whatnot and have to go to a specialist tomorrow. She has a tear in her knee ligament.

Rest, Ice, Compression, and Elevation. Best for it, my bro tore the ligament in his ankle, listen to the physiotherapist(will work wonders) and relax. Where do you stay again(Province)?

I'm in Honeydew, Gauteng. :)

Eish, id say take her to linksfield hospital for physio, all of them are amazing, (my bro has had many sport related injuries with no lasting effects thanks to them). The best physio therapist there is Lorenzo, but you are really far... They do amazing rehabilitation and treatment

Whew yes unfortunately that's quite far away. We go to the Wilgeheuwel hospital which is two streets away from where I live.
