Epicgamebundles has a list of Amazon free DLC for numerous games including (alot of) BL2, Thief, Sacred 3 and X-Com.
It also includes a free Steam copy of Game of Thrones - Genesis.
You'll likely need a VPN (I use Hola extension, easy enough) and a "US" address for Amazon though...you have been warned

Think it was a mistake anyway. It seems it's no longer free, even in countries where it is available.

If you use Hola or something similar to switch to a supported region, can't you get it then?

Nope, tried. And I've successfully been able to claim free games like that in the past, when they have certain regions getting a free game and other regions getting another game on the house. Hola = get both games
