I wonder if it was the same book that was at Cosmic Comics a while ago.
I couldnt tell you to be honest... Didnt know there was one at Cosmic?

TheAvenged87 Still keep up to date with my walking dead, obviously... Its a pity they only release 1 a month though... But wow are they only building the suspense at the moment... The next 3/4 comics are going to be CRAZY![]()
Still making my way through Jessica Jones, The comic starts off well, but maybe a little slow... But also been watching the TV show, which im enjoying, but seems to be WAAAY more interesting than the comic at the moment so i cant wait to get an introduction to the purple man in the comic...
This might sound a bit sad but im also missing the Mortal Kombat Comics... The once a week release was awesome because it kept you keen but you didnt lose interest... Not that i lose interest in the walking dead, its just a long time to wait for each issue "whistling:
I've only watched the first two episodes of Jessica Jones and I am liking the hell out of it. Marvel and Netflix are really onto something with the stuff that they are making.
Have to agree... Daredevil was fantastic... And the hints at cross overs is also awesome!
I finished the first 6 issues of Nailbiter, a really good looking (and reading) horror book from Image. Check it out if horror is your thing. I also blasted through the first volume of Welcome Back Frank, which is a great Punisher book from the master Garth Ennis and Steve Dillon. I'll get to the second volume later.
Last night I read the first issue of Sex Criminals by Matt Fraction and Chip Zdarsky, which has an extremely interesting concept. I won't go into it, because that'll basically spoil the entire first issue. Worth checking out, for the more adventurous of you.
So what's everyone reading? Tom Walking Dead? Saint_Dee Something Superman and Death Vigil? Where's Nemesis and why isn't he reading comics anymore? WHY?
I was summoned?
To be honest, the new 52 totally put me of comics. That as well as what new comics are going for I probably won't start collecting again anytime soon. Rather reread my oldies, stories I grew up with and so.
Dude, I know what you mean. Anything that is based on a Dollar amount is unaffordable right now. I stick to my graphic novel collection (that I am not even a third of the way through, mind you) and whatever Comixology puts on sale. I have one or two monthlies still coming in through Cosmic, but that might soon change.
TheAvenged87, I'm actually taking a bit of a break on the mainstream (a bit of fatigue with Marvel and DC tbh). You're still quite right about Death Vigil. Included in my current reading is Sunstone (by the same guy), which I found endearing (surprisingly because it's a slice of life comic that happens to touch on BDSM in a sincere manner). Also, Saga is out of hiatus!
Gonna start Preacher now because AMC
You're in for a treat. I polished the first three volumes and I'm going to start with the rest soon. I don't expect that they will show a lot of the more interesting scenes in the show (you'll see what I mean). But I'm hoping for the best.
I hope it does...man, the comics are filled with stuff that many television networks won't touch. I want to tell you so badly, but I'll spoil so much. I'd rather you tell me when you've reached volume three and we can start debating whether we think some things from there will pitch up in the show![]()
Wait, I just finished watching the video. It's going to be very different from the comic book, which I'm fine with. So maybe they won't have to show some of the more hectic scenes.
