I'm currently playing it and it's not that scary. I do tend to play quite a few horror games though. This isn't close to as scary as Outlast or Amnesia. More than anything it requires a lot of patience to move around without the alien seeing you. I'm enjoying it so much that I watched the first two Alien movies the last two days. :)

I could kinda sorta play Amensia, but never finished it.
