I've learnt not to make any new year's resolutions, that way you won't be disappointed when you don't fulfill them.

What I've learned is to start something straight away. Don't wait for a Monday to start exercising, just do it (sorry nike no copyright infringement intended)
 
Get drunk.
Get high.
Wake up with regrets and a hangover.

Also - currently @ 1080p; a leap to 144Hz, 4K and/or 21:9 would be nice.

My resolution this year is to make money. Lots and lots of it. Unfortunately this will mean less game time but this is the year to increase my future passive income. So it's hard work now to make life easier in the future.

Also to get back to my good habits. Last year around April, May I was living to my full potential. Then I got sick and one by one the habits fell away and by the end of the year I was a lazy, tired broken man who has lost his spark.

Well I say fuck you to everything that wants to bring me down. This year is my year.

Also, resist FOMO and buy less games. And get more tattoos (starting that one off right - first appointment for the year is next Thursday).

This was pretty much my resolution for 2015. At the end of it, I just wanted time off with my wife, nothing more. Then 2016 came and took away my house (for a couple of weeks at least). I haven't ever been as bitter, resentful and depressed as I am right now - my wife is even begging me to seek medical help.

For the rest of the year I want primarily one thing: to get out of this country. Don't know how yet, but I have to make it happen.
 
This is the year I plan to get my license - pretty soon, actually. Once I have that. My role on our farm will be greater as I will be doing what my dad's doing now. He'll retire in the near future, thus technically I will carry on the torch. We will have someone else also working on the farm.

My dad will effectively be the Overseer of the operation, I, the Manager and whoever works on the farm (the lackey or farmhand, if you will) will mostly tend to the care-taking.

Once I have the shop, my shop operational, my work on the farm will be far less as I'll be tending to my business. A big change from sitting around a doing fuckall all day as a receptionist. Ugh... That sounds disgusting.

As from the middle of this year sometime, development ought to be underway on the building of my establishment. Annoying the processes on needs to go through.

Tl;dr - too bad.
