Gave Dark souls a shot last night and ended up requesting a refund. I'm done jumping through hoops to try and get games working like they should. The cam keeps looking up when using my gamepad and i'm not playing it with kb+m.

Back to playing Homeworld, Grim Dawn and Grand Ages Rome.

. I have no idea why people are hyping this game so much, the PC controls are TERRIBLE. My experience with Dark Souls were EXACTLY like this guy's impressions:

Yeah, unfortunately what it came down to is that the usual "PC Mustard Race" demanded they have a PC port, and that's what they got. A direct port and thus terrible controls. However, all has been fixed and made better from the community with things like DSfix.

Just be sure to read the release notes and installation notes, there a few "to-do's" like ensure you aren't using AA in game, instead use the ini file for DSfix for this. Everything for DSfix is quite well documented and all settings should be applied via config files (ini).

It's really a marvelous game and I really urge you to give it a try, as long as you have a controller, please don't let something like bad or gimmicky controls ruin the experience for you. Imagine trying to play it on consoles where frames dropped to single digits at some locations. With DSfix it can run natively at 1080p and 60fps.

Really a phenomenal game. Anything you need, just gimme a shout ;)

Just the story. Wanted to do 100% but just couldn't find a reason. Went and discovered many question marks, but there were just too many. Not to mention, Gwent is not my cup of tea.

Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines

This game... Keeps drawing me back. Find it hard to let go of. Took a break from KoAR to play this :)

...and guess what I started playing? The Witcher 3!

...and guess what else? Gwent is a helluva lot of fun!

...and guess something else? The game is incredible even though I had huge doubts due to my extreme dislike of The Witcher 2!

Finished The Witcher as well. I didn't take to gwent that well either. Can't see how playing cards on a screen can be fun unless its solitude.
 
I got Shadow Warrior on Steam and man what a surprisingly fun game, i never even knew about it until i saw Shadow Warrior 2 is in the works.

This game reminds me of Duke Nukem (especially the humour) , except you also have a katana and a whole skills+spells and combo thing going, making it a bit of a hybrid RPG-FPS .
 
XCOM The Enemy Within - The long war mod. So much frustration but also a ton of fun
Elite Dangerous
Titan Quest. Playing this until the full release of GD. Just like the setting a bit more than GD
