2 years ago it was 8k per but I heard from someone that they paid 12k per a couple months ago. That's with PetWings who pick your pets up at home, overnight them at their airport kennels, load them onto your flight and then you either fetch them from the kennels that side or for an extra charge, they will deliver to your new home the following day.

Blood tests and chipping and all that is roughly 3-4k per as well before you even leave.

Sheesh it's a lot. :( I'm glad that they can basically get them to you on the other side without having to stay over somewhere first. So there's no quarantine involved?
 
Not anymore no, they did away with it last year I think? Or the year before. Won't let them in without blood work though, that's paramount. But it's the pets, not a hell they're being left behind. Horrible as it may seem, it's a good thing we're down to 2 dogs now considering the cost

Definitely. My pets are my children. We are big animal people. Hell my wife is the editor of AnimalTalk. :) So the pets must go with.

yip sounds about right there was a few other costs my brother mentioned but like i said for 2 dogs it worked out to nearly 50k

*hugs* MH that is the difficult part, because I wouldnt be able to leave my baba here. It was bad enough when I went to the UK for 3 years and my boy passed away while I was gone.

Soli this day is seriously taking forever. Especially since I was alone till now and since home time is in an hour and half I cant take lunch
 
An hour and a half to go... I'd see the light at the end of the tunnel if my eyes weren't closing on their own already.
