Details of the planned Porsche Expansion for Forza Motorsport 6 appear to have leaked via an Amazon listing.

As spotted on the Forza Motorsport forum, the expansion will reportedly feature an “all-new guided Porsche Anthology campaign experience” featuring 48 new events, 20 Porsches, new Porsche-themed multiplayer events, Mods, and Badges, plus 250 Gamerscore worth of new achievements.

The listing also mentions the inclusion of a new track: Virginia International Raceway, with seven distinct configurations, all with night and wet versions.

The release date was apparently noted as March 1, 2016 and the price USD$20 but these specifics are no longer listed on the Amazon store page for the expansion.

In June last year Turn 10 announced that Porsche would be returning to the Forza series after its absence from Forza Horizon and Forza Motorsport 5. A pack of 10 Porsches was made available for Forza Horizon 2 following the announcement, and an additional two were made available for free shortly afterwards.

The FH2 Porsche Expansion was the result of an agreement between EA (which maintains exclusive rights to Porsche vehicles in games), Porsche, and Xbox. Porsche’s exclusivity with EA is the reason few other modern racing games feature the German automaker, and for the prevalence of Ruf cars as common substitutes.

Of the 20 Porsches coming to Forza 6, nine have been described as “new to Xbox One” (so it appears all but one of the Porsches from FH2 will make an appearance). On top of these, however, the leaked details mention the 1957 356A Speedster and 2015 #19 Porsche Team 919 Hybrid as new highlights.

My pants are wet! And I may just cry, still that is a lot to ask for small DLC.

Not really if you think what Project cars and Assetto Corsa charge for 2 cars and a new track, $20 for 20 cars, new map and events ect seems like a bargain to me.

Sorry, I didn't click on the link and see anything about new tracks/events.

But on the other side, I'm happy to drop almost any amount on Assetto Corsa as I know their quality and authenticity. Maybe it's just my hate for Microsoft and their abuse of microtransactions.
