So, here is a video that shows just how much detail went into this game to name all the stars. It's not just a random generator, there is actually some solid science that the game implements in naming all the stars and systems:

Elite Dangerous: Horizons Season Pass is at R420 (20% off) at the moment through the Steam Lunar Sale till 12 Feb (I believe the Frontier Store is at the same price for the sale duration). For those still not converted, the base Elite: Dangerous game is also on sale at the moment for R210 (50% off).

Glad that Horizons is now available as proper Season Pass DLC, and that Frontier have put out some details about the 5 expansions planned:

Watching and following [MENTION=4071]BeoTeK[/MENTION]'s and others exploits with the Planetary Landings expansion, and assuming the other 4 expansions have as much content and extra game play value, the current sale price is a decent buy imo. The cosmetics in the Pilot Starter Pack at R210 not so much.

this is the only thing I hate about Frontier. what about all the people who had to pay full price to get Horizons? :mad:
