*WINNERS ANNOUNCED* Epic giveaway: 250GB SSD, and a mystery gadget

That's the one! :D

Barcelona is an epic city :)

Go to 4cats for dinner some time, really worth it (Picasso used to hang out there).
Las Ramblas = tourist trap with all the trimmings including pick pockets, same feel as your average flea market but with strip joints.
El pablo Espanol is also worth it as is Sagardia Famillia

nope to get into top 30 is going to be hard to many super active peeps around

Active in this thread or allover?

Eitherway, here's a four course pancake recipe so long:

Preparation Time: 10 minutes | Total Time: 35 minutes
Yield: 4 Servings (whut who makes a pancake mission to just eat four or two if sharing O_o)

Ingredients:

2 Cups Self-Raising Flour, Sifted
X A Cup Almond Flour
2 Tbsp. Raw Sugar
1 Vi Cups Almond Milk
1 Medium Egg, Lightly Beaten
1 Tbsp. Butter, Melted
2 Cups Mixed Berries
Cooking Oil Spray

Method:

1. Combine the self-raising flour, almond flour and raw sugar in a large bowl. Make a well in the center. Add the almond milk, egg, and butter. Using a wooden spoon, stir until just combined (do not over mix).

2. Fold gently half mixed berries into the batter. Lightly spray a medium sized non-stick frying pan with oil spray. Place over medium heat.

3. Pour 1/4 cup of pancake mixture into the pan and swirl to form round cakes. Cook pancake for 2 minutes or until small bubbles start to appear on the surface. Flip to cook the other side for 1 to 2 minutes or until golden and cooked through. Transfer to a plate and cover to keep warm. Repeat with remaining mixture, spraying pan with oil if necessary.

4. Divide pancakes onto 4 individual plates. Garnish with remaining mixed berries.

5. Serve and enjoy.

I actually bookmarked post 92 to try later!

My turn! This is my own recipe.

Protein waffles/flapjacks

50ml skim milk
1 large egg
1 large egg white
32g protein powder (pick your flavour)
1/8 tsp baking soda
1/8 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp flax seed
35g rye flour
Add cinnamon or chocolate chips or whatever you fancy.

Mix some greek yogurt, stevia and cinnamon for a topping if you don't want to drown it in butter (real, not margarine) and Canadian maple syrup (I'm almost out :( My parents need to come visit again!!)

Mix everything up, and proceed to waffle/flapjack as usual. Makes 1 waffle, or 3 medium sized flapjacks.
