New Samsung Galaxy S7

well that's just stupid scamsung design failure

Yea, everyone (including myself) seem surprised when they realise that androids can be turned off even when locked.
Not found an android device that can't be yet.

Showed my fil the other day on his phone (because he puts all this random security stuff on it).

Power button, press restart, hold vol up+home+power and you can reset it. No need for any password and the phone is wiped and ready for resale somewhere north of here.

there's an app for that :p

I still think that's the best security feature a phone can have

I suppose so, for those who are paranoid about security.

I could not care less about security, i have a normal swipe-to-unlock lockscreen, i removed my simcard pin also.. and dont know what else :/

Can't get too excited about something I cannot afford, for features slightly better (or worse - in some aspects) than its predecessor...

I'm still content with my Hisense Infinity Pure 1, though, if I were to upgrade, it'd probably be to an LG G4. Although, I don't want to follow the trends - so many people rocking a Sammy, Aye-phone or Blokia. A Hauwei would be nice; something small than my 5.5" currently.

Only significant different is the battery and IP68 rating. Hope the Note 6 will introduce some mind blowing features that I may never use lol

If your pone gets stolen, forget about ever recovering it. Most of the phones that are stolen here land up over the boarder. My friends phone was traced to Nigeria 2 days after it was stolen.

Might get one. Or a fruit device (whatever number they're on). Not sure yet - currently on S4 and that still seems OKish.

And no ffs its not water cooling. Its a heatpipe...like that mobo I bought in 2004 had.

InSanity - wanting to wear a utility belt.

Such an apt name for for username.
You'll be the envy of all the nerds.

:D

The GearVR is a very tempting pre-order incentive. I'm really fighting myself not to put myself in that position.

Got mine today
