I actually don't either, I just put skim in (and I am sharing the recipe that way to be somewhat healthier) because that's what I had on hand when I made the recipe. I've used 2% ever since. I grew up on 2%, so full cream tastes wrong to me. But I get what you're saying.

What's up with that YouTube video? A guy who isn't the creator is hosting it. He say's that he doesn't know the source, but the guy's name is posted at the end... there's your source right there. :wtf: Anyway, this is his channel.
