no you are just ruining it for yourself. By the time you get the game there will be no new experiences and and surprises. You are practically reading the last page of the book first
 
Well according to the Mygaming writer this game offers nothing and according to him you are all wasting your time.
 
A very good friend bought me the gold pre-order. Looking forward to playing it for sure. Still worried about level scaling though, I really don't want to be a drag on my friends. It is the old level based MMO anxiety again ;-(

He got a Ubisoft code from what I gathered (From Nvidia), so I would say he will be able to pre-load. I would think if anything the Ubisoft version will get the preload earlier than the Steam version. But that's me trying to be logical, and not sure Ubisoft is one of those companies.

Yeah, I think that Uplay and Steam will start their pre-loads around the same time.
