Weirdest Places to Game

Soo yesterday while flying back, I saw a guy in front of me playing some Banished on his laptop while in the plane. I was super jealous of him as I had to sit and read in in-flight magazine, which is boring as all hell.

But that got me thinking, what is the strangest/weirdest place you've ever found yourself playing games?

Obviously the toilet is not a strange place to play some Angry Birds or what not. I mean what else are you gonna do on the pot...

My story is that I once had my laptop out playing some Kerbal Space Program on the beach. I thought I'd get out and get some sunlight, and what better way than going to the beach. I really wanted to work, but my Kerbals was calling so I fired up the game and had a good 2 hour session of KSP while sitting on the beach. Was super fun.

Whats your most strangest/weirdest place you've gamed before?

I brought my laptop to a New Year's party to play something online since it was double XP that night...

I once gamed for most of a 3-hour lecture session playing Sim City on my laptop. Which for a college student is probably not at all unusual. But, I was the dude in the front of the room delivering a lecture on accommodation sales strategies at the same time.

We took part in a cs source tourney at MPLD lan back in the day and they were packed to capacity. A few extension cords later and we were playing under a gazebo next to the braai`s infront of the lan. Best was we ended up playing finals too haha.

I think I've posted this before on the forum, but I'm not going to look for it.

We once had a LAN on our farm over the weekend. We had this long ass table in our store (I can't think of a proper word for "stoor", as in a building on a farm where you'd park your tractors during the night) that we used for grape exporting purposes. So we all set up our PC's on this table, with leads coming from all over to handle the power because we couldn't plug all the PC's into the sockets in the building, it would trip the power.

We slept on the back of our big truck, had a bunch of mattresses on there. It was epic! One of my best LAN experiences.

I played the original Diablo in class. An hour of "clickclickclickclickclickclickclickclickclickclickclickclickclickclickclickclickclickclick". The guy next to me said "This probably isn't the best time to be playing that"

On my phone, in the company of people in which everyone was actively involved in the conversation, now and then chiming in with irrelevant conversation.

At work while the boss is out? In my first job I had to work through the Christmas break. I was the only one in the office for about 5 days. My eyes were so bloodshot when I got home from gaming for 9 straight hours, but I made some significant progress on my GoG collection (work laptop didn't have a GPU so I was limited to less graphically intensive titles)

On the roof.
In a library.
In an empty pool.
In a tree.
At Christmas lunch.
On a date.
Your first introduction to his/her parents.
While driving on a busy highway.
Skydiving.
Basejumping.
Riding bike.
Work.
On your death bed.
At a funeral.
A gang-infested neighbourhood.
While she's giving birth.
