The Division Thread

Did you use the same email address for both keys?

Nope. The guy sent me 2 codes I had to redeem on geforce's website. I did the first one without issue but the second one did not want to work; we used my wife's Uplay details and email address.

So I'll see if I can activate the second code tonight.

Interesting question time...

So I've got the steam version of the game and I've also got a Nvidia Key which redeems to Uplay.
I know Ubisoft forces you to have Uplay installed for all their games even if you have the game installed via steam.
So if I give the key to a mate will we be able to play the game together(co-op ect)?

Yes you will, it's Uplay matchmaking.

Yes. PC versions are fine, it's only not cross platform (As in PS4 vs PC).
EDIT answered already, my bad.

Well 6.4 million people participated in the open beta. I really doubt they sold through that many copies and haven't yet bragged about it.

Hmm, we'll see I guess. Remember that retailers don't always make it known how many copies they sold until the first week of sales because they just buy in bulk and resell. I expect sales to be pretty big, though. This is one of the most anticipated games of the year, after all. Luckily PC servers should take less strain than console, because that's likely where the least amount of people will be playing.

I'm pretty bummed we're only getting it at 8AM tomorrow. Was hoping to play at midnight. It will probably take another hour or two to unpack and then setting up UPlay etc, so realistically looking at playing around about 10AM.
