It's funny though. Ripping everyone else off about being a part of the herd and all following suite to get and play this game.... yet I feel like the one losing out :p

Seeing as the game was released on GOG as well, you might as well, umm, "acquire" it via "alternative means" to see if you enjoy it. Then you should buy it on Steam, obviously.

Hehehe see I have been following this game for at least a year before release. I am a chucklefish fan since I love starbound so much. At least so far I less time in the game than Hammer :P

Pro MLG Stardew Valley player ek. LOL

Ek het gaan kyk wat die verskillende minerals doen, want to ek hom kry toe lyk dit asof daar een of ander secret gebonde is aan hom. Toe lees ek net dat mens hom moet vat na die desert en daar gaan rond krap en kyk wat gebeur....the rest is history...

You are indeed the odd one out. You call us all sheep, yet you are missing out on one of the best gaming experiences of the year. If it means that I am a sheep for playing such a spectacularly good game, then BBAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!

The downside is, I know that if I "acquire" it, I will probably forget about it and not end up playing it. Much like a lot of my acquired games, series, movies etc.

So basically if i buy this game, nobody going to see me until the neighbors complain about the smell of my rotting corpse?
 
FFS! I played 11 StarDew days of the aquired version..... Now I want moar. But will buy it. But want to finish GTA first. So, soon, unless this eagerness gets the better of me.
 
I think I've finished the game, if you might wanna call it finished. I'm married with a child, I have a farm that produces 1 million in currency during the course of a year, I've completed the community center bundles, and I've unlocked the casino. I've also reached level 69 in the skull mine. I've pretty much done everything I wanted to accomplish in the game, so for now it is done....unless I start a new playthrough...

So I bought this in the winter sale, curious as to what all the fuss is about.
Long story short: After 7 hours I am pretty sure I may never see real sunshine again. And I don't even care.
