Morning everyone. Can someone point me to the bloody Xbox Games With Gold thread? The new games for June were announced last night, and for the life of me I cannot find that thread

I don't understand why, its not like they shouldn't have money during any other weekend of the month.

Working in the FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) market, we can easily see sales lifting from the average weekend sales by about 150% on the last weekend of the month. It's usually also the weekend we target for specials, deals and more stock. It's been like this since I can remember. Seems that prevailing thought is that consumers would spend money on groceries and stuffs for the upcoming month while their bank account is full, having this sense of "I have money to spend, and so I shall spend it". Most plans of expenditures are made for that moment your paycheck is received.

Morning peoples.

Sigh so things have not been going well with us over the last week. I will be taking tomorrow off to help my wife with some things and it's my birthday. With the last week being so sucky I haven't had time to game much so maybe tomorrow I'll get some time to that which I enjoy. I hope things are going better with all of you.

simply put on their end their practice is to mark a order as complete as soon as it leaves the warehouse... not when it arrives at the customer, Well in my case it was marked as complete before the courier had even picked it up. So basically their only answer is phone the courier and put their hands up when you enquire about a parcel

I agree, that is shoddy service, and something they definitely have to look at changing. It sucks that is had to happen to you. It seems most companies in SA struggle with the courier part of their service delivery

I must Admit for the most part I have never had a problem with Takealots deliveries... my wifes work is right next to their warehouse in jHB so she literally sometimes gets same day delivery :p
