I wish. Unfortunately I have to be here for a braai because a coworker is leaving. So it's social time. And my friend here at the office is away on leave.

In that case, keep your eyes on the braai vleis prize! I'd gladly stomach my colleagues a little longer for two chops..

I would have preferred to go braai at home rather with the wifey. Oh well got to do these things.

Yeah, I thought it would be straightforward. Got my bootloader unlocked, installed adb and fastboot, extracted all the recovery files and then tried to flash the phone. And then nada, just a Vodacom screen. I even tried flashing it back to its original firmware, but no dice. Just hangs on the Vodacom screen. I'm hopeful the repair center will know what to do because XDA is full of similar stories with happy endings.
 
Sup guys. been very busy with dodging strikes and riots at work and along the n4 so i been quiet lately. What up and what's news :p
