Grim Dawn

hehe, just saw a friend of mine playing Grim Dawn in STEAM, thats two now friends that I've shown GD and bought it.

Now if get the 3rd one to buy it, all my friends will have bought the game! :D

Trying out a Nightblade build at the moment. Focusing on dw and poisons but not sure what secondary class to pair with it. Maybe soldier?
 
Argh... As a semi-fan of dungeon crawlers I've been considering getting this game for a while... Financial concerns obviously being the top problem, plus I haven't played Pillars of Eternity or Divinity: Original Sin yet.
 
damn, i have had this sitting in my "gift" inventory since it was in Early Access. Keep meaning to install it once I have a clear stretch of time but fearful that i won't click with it. that happened with Van Helsing :( thus far, my bar to beat is still DIABLO 3.

yup, played it and liked it, but found it a little too "cartoony" for my tastes. I should also clarify that i found the CONSOLE version of Diablo 3 to be better than the PC version, mainly due to the more fluid feel of you characters movements
 
Grim Dawn is better than both Diablo and Torchlight 2 IMO. In fact, I'll go so far as to say it is the best ARPG I have ever played, and I played MANY.

I'll definitely give it a go sometime then; need to scrape together the funds to buy it first (even though it's on sale, haha).

The feature I most enjoyed about Divinity: Original Sin was the co-op. If you have somebody to play with and you're a fan of cRPGs, it's definitely worth a playthrough :)

Awesome. I loved playing Torchlight 2's co-op, so that would actually make it a good addition to my library.

and its great, a friend and I played it a while back, was fun, we played for a couple of hours over a internet connection and that was still when it wasnt officaly out yet.
 
ROFL. Nah got too many games keeping me busy at the moment. Maybe I'll have some free time come Winter Sale.
 
I want to get back to this game, but feel daunted by the classes, I have no idea who or what to play anymore
