I'm not going to lie, folks. DC Comics and Marvel are back in a good place right now.
Been reading DC Rebirth and the one shot Rebirth comics for the JL members. Sooo good.
Marvel is also doing good things right now. I can't even believe I'm enjoying Civil War II (I did not want to like this)

Me too, got a new tablet started catching up on my reading. Got some comics, random stuff like Ghostbusters and recently Preacher. Gotta say, loving Preacher. I guess thats what the series is based on? Like the darker stuff more these days.

Hi everyone
Anyone who ever read comics on the East Rand will be familiar with Zed Bee's comic books. I was extremely saddened to find out this weekend that they are permanently closing their doors on Tuesday the 28th of February 2017 after more than 20 years in business. As a nerdy kid, I would visit Zed Bee's and be able to get all the comics, Magic the Gathering cards and D&D that my heart desired. They also supported the local community by holding MtG tournaments and a safe place to play D&D for a long time.
If any of you knew the owners and want to say goodbye to the little shop before it closes, you should go and see them off. A significant piece of my childhood will die tomorrow

What are you all reading at the moment? Im still going with The Walking Dead monthly, but have also picked up the new Darth Vader series of Comics, its really good, and fills in a lot of what happened between the movies which I love... Its awesome how you are reading from the "villains" perspective, but always sort of wanting Vader to dominate...
